I worked with Matt when I purchased a new Fit. He is a responsible and friendly salesman and always showed his professional ability. He was also considerate for all of my requirement and tried his best to responsible and friendly salesman and always showed his professional ability. Great experience. Fair pricing. This was my 5th new Honda Accord.I knew exactly what I wanted down to the color. I sent out some requests for information to a few dealers in the area. However, since I get all my service done at Jeff Wyler Colerain I would rather buy my car there as well. Tom has a can do, no nonsense approach. I told him I wanted a specific car in Blue. There was not one on the lot but he was able to get one before I was ready to come in to look. When I arrived for my appointment the car was already detailed and ready to go. For some reason alot of other people decided to buy/lease a car on the same day as I did. Therefore, when I arrived Tom and Britney were busy. I sat in the waiting area for a few mins. The waiting area is pretty comfortable with Satelite TV. Travis (manager) came to help me get moving on my lease. We worked through all the details that Tom had laid out. I believe I obtained a fair deal on my lease and my lease trade in. The sales staff were very attentive especially since there was quite a wait due to volume of customers. Tom and Britney both checked on me periodically. Finally the used car manager pitched in to help the finance person and completed my paperwork. Tom went over the new features of my car. Set up my blue tooth etc. then I was on my way. More
What a wonderful sales team when you voice interest in purchasing a car but as soon as the purchase is final the sales team treats you like a nobody. I purchased a used vehicle and during the process the purchasing a car but as soon as the purchase is final the sales team treats you like a nobody. I purchased a used vehicle and during the process the sales consultant was a pleasure but a month after the purchase I had a question with one of the fees I was charged. I contacted the dealership and spoke to the consultant and he acted as an incompetent, belittling and typical sales consultant. My question has not been answered to this day and it probably never will be. I will not recommend this dealarship. More
SEAN DAVID rules!!!! I went to every dealer on Colerain Av.(literally) no one wanted to take the time or effort to help me...My credit isnt the best, but Sean made it happen... I got there at 11:30am and didnt leave till 5:30ish pm...However, I left with a brand new 2012 Honda Civic!!!!!! I love my new car, and couldnt have done with out Sean David..... I wish I could tell Jeff Wyler personally how awesome Sean David was....It was all about me, and what I needed....I will absolutely by another car from Sean again!!!! Great customer service from the second I walked in the door until I drove home in my new car. Not to mention a follow up a week later to see how i was enjoying the new Honda Civic. With this being my first Honda purchase and contact with Jeff Wyler, and not knowing what to expect, I have to admit, I was extremely pleased. Larry was a pleasure to work with! He was very knowledegable a Jeff Wyler, and not knowing what to expect, I have to admit, I was extremely pleased. Larry was a pleasure to work with! He was very knowledegable and courteous. He made the buying experience worthwhile. So far my CR-V has been a dream. Very happy with my decision and look forward to future dealings. Excellent new car buying experience. We were shopping to replace my wife's decade old SUV and had been to several dealerships to test drive different manufacturer models. Jeff Wyler was our second stop shopping for a new 2012 CR-V. The first dealer provided a test drive (We really liked the CRV!) but the overall dealer experience was disappointing so we walked. I went online and contacted the Internet sales group at Jeff Wyler- they were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I talked with Tom; an awesome sales consultant who provided a fast response and good quote which was less than the other dealership after negotiation. We stopped by the next day to purchase; the model quoted was already sold but Tom found an incoming CRV in the color/trim level we wanted. I stopped back the next day to pick it up and the Internet team stepped in to make the process smooth even though it was Tom's day off. I appreciated the friendly approach and teamwork to satisfy the customer. I also like that they were not overly pushy with the "add-ons" like paint protection and extended warranty. They provided the information and let us decide. I look forward to finding out if their service department matches the sales experience we had. More
