Our family bought a new Honda Odyssey Minivan this month from Jim Sweener at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain. Jim Sweeney who sold us the car, stayed late on a Saturday night to wait for us to arrive and helped us buy the car in the same visit. They were very fair on price and the delivery of the car was outstanding. They took the time to show us how the whole car worked, they helped explain all of the DVD etc which was a big deal for our kids and our family. We have been so pleased with the after sale service. Oddly enough every other dealership I dealt with, that wasn't a JW, was very much the opposite. Even the employees who weren't affliated with the internet team were very friendly, I almost didn't want to leave the premises. Once I finally found my new car, they took me through the process easily. I have bought quite a few cars in my time and I have never had someone get in the car with me after all paperwork signed and keys handed over and walk me through everything this car can do (new technology) until I got it with the offer to call or stop by anytime if I needed any more help. Mark took his time with me by taking me through the manual and actually sitting in my car with me to guide me through the various access provided me.
