The person I dealt with was knowledgable and professional. He also was friendly and gave me an overall high confidence level that my problem would be corrected and quickly. Got a great deal leasing my 2011 Honda Civic Ex. Couldn't have asked for a more friendly sales person. Geneva was wonderful; she is the best at what shes does and makes car shopping so easy! Can you do anything for me? She took all of my information over the phone & She promised that if I came in she would not disappoint me & she & her co-worker Bridget delivered. I am now driving a beautiful 2011 Honda Civic & had it not been for Kristen I wouldn't have given Jeff Wyler a thought. Had my 2004 Honda Accord towed into Jeff Wyler and they charged me $225 to diagnose the problem. They came to the conclusion that the coil that sat on top of one of my spark plugs had melted inside the tub charged me $225 to diagnose the problem. They came to the conclusion that the coil that sat on top of one of my spark plugs had melted inside the tube. They than told me that it would be $1,600 (14 hours labor, new gasket kit, new coil, oil change, coolant flush, etc) to fix and that I may need a new head which would surely push the cost over $2,000. I had the car towed to a reliable honest shop with more experienced mechanics and was quoted $275. He had it ready in three hours. Lesson learned: Never take your car to a dealership for an out of warranty repair, EVER! More

Walking into to Jeff Wyler Honda, I was greeted immediately and promptly. I was not over welmed by a sales dealer. I worked with a gentlman in the finance department who was extrememly knowledgeabl immediately and promptly. I was not over welmed by a sales dealer. I worked with a gentlman in the finance department who was extrememly knowledgeable about the Honda prodcuts and worked to help accompany my needs. I was not given the run around and things I expressed I needed were taken care of. Jeff Wyler Honda went above and beyond my needs to give me the satisfaction I deserve as a customer. I will always continue to give them my business as they deserve it. I highly recommend this dealership. More

The dealership was extremely busy the day we visited. And the Sales staff was working diligently to juggle customers. I did not feel neglected in any way. i found a car i was interested in online and came in to test drive it, completely prepared to travel home without making a snap decision. however, my experience with jeremy was a positive one, and the car test drive it, completely prepared to travel home without making a snap decision. however, my experience with jeremy was a positive one, and the car was in such good shape, as was stated online (phone app cars.com actually), that i decided to go ahead and purchase. jeremy took his time, did not pressure me, was very personable, professional and easy to work with. and i felt he was trustworthy. to find a sales person you trust and a car that you like, in my family's experience, is rare. even after the sale he took time to go over more features of the car and didn't make me feel rushed and a statistic. i would recommend jeff wyler and jeremy, as well as shopping online first because the info i got on the vehicle before seeing it on the lot helped make the process a painless one. best to you jeremy. Al listened to our needs and how we wanted to conduct the buy. Our experience was very pleasant as we completed the paperwork. He walked through each book for the car, showed us the car and where everything buy. Our experience was very pleasant as we completed the paperwork.
