From the moment I got out of my car to check out the cars on the lot, Jim Sweeney came over and asked if he could help me. He didn't pressure, but inquired if I would like a test drive and from there, I was on the lot, Jim Sweeney came over and asked if he could help me. He didn't pressure, but inquired if I would like a test drive and from there, I was convinced from the way he treated me this was going to be a good experience. I was planning on taking several days to look at all the dealers in the area, but Jim helped me and I ended up saving 2 days of travel and got what I consider a good price. I'm not convinced salesmen are out to help me, but in this case I think I was wrong. I know he also needs to make a living and you need to make a profit, but I think we all won that day. I would highly recommend the Jeff Wyler Honda dealership on Colerain Avenue. After two weeks of intensive searching at numerous dealers around town, I decided that I wanted to purchase a 2011 Honda CRV-EXL on Colerain Avenue. I went into Colerain Honda just to get an idea of prices for purchasing or leasing a new honda since my lease was about to be up. I didn't want to buy or see a car because it was snowing, I was just looking for purchasing or leasing a new honda since my lease was about to be up. I didn't want to buy or see a car because it was snowing, I was just looking to talk about financials. I told the sales rep what I could afford and asked if he could work with me. He brought out his manager, Chuck Burton, who was only with me for 1 minute before I was completely put off by his disrespectful tone. "If I find you a good price, will you buy this car today" he said. I told him no because their may be a better deal out there for me. "So what, you want my people to do all the work just for you to take your business elsewhere?" I told him I didn't deserve his rude tone and I didn't want to talk to him anymore. He continued to give me attitude that completely surprised me as a consumer. Isn't that their job? I went in there late at night and he didn't feel like putting any effort into helping a young (stupid in his mind) woman. I will never go to that dealer again and will tell everyone I work with what horrible service I was given. I prefer the nice sales reps over at Performance Honda. They don't treat their consumers with such disrespect. More

Great service without being pushy! I worked mostly with Ron from the internet team and he was great! He really worked to get me a great rate at financing and was really enjoyable to work with. My car purchase was an over all very good experience. Geneva is a very good sales person. I really enjoyed working with her. James was fantastic to deal with! He was very patient, even though I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. He allowed me to drive other models to make sure I knew what I was gettign in to. I ended up buying another model of car than what I originally wanted. James did not try to "upsell" me and once I made it clear what I wanted, he helped me through the process. I knew the quality of a Honda was great so knowing about the car was not an issue for me. What I was looking for was an honest, straightforward salesperson who treated me fairly and didn't try to "schmooze the car was not an issue for me.
