There is really no resolution that can be made. I am disgusted by the way that manager treated me within the minute of meeting him. His JOB is to work for the customer and he didn't want to waste his time to show me some prices. It was too much work for him to do because he knew I wouldn't buy THAT DAY. God forbid I come in to talk first, especially on a wintery night. The worst part is that after I asked him to leave so I could talk to the other sales rep, because I didn't want to speak with him after the way he was speaking to me, he continued to get in my face! What a horrible experience. You don't need managers like that at your dealership. I will never go back knowing that man is there to degrade me again.

I'm sorry, but this was worse than any "bad experience." That man was downright nasty. Everyone that I have told is disgusted by the way he acted. You will never get my business, or the business of my co-workers, friends and family. Perhaps you should keep managers who are humble, hard working and who care about working for the consumer. You used to have some there, but I guess they couldn't stand the bad apples they worked with.
