I recently purchased a new Pilot Touring from Jeff Wyler Honda. I e-mailed a quote request to the dealership on 12/22/2010. I recieved a quote within 15 minutes, along with a follow-up call from Ron. He was very friendly, easy to work with, and not at all pushy. He was informative, and very knowledable about his product. I also worked with Hank in finance, as I wanted to take advantage of the attractive new car rates available through Honda Finace. Everyone has heard horror stories about the "F&I Guy", however, this was not my experience at this dealership. Hank presented a number of options available with a new vehicle purchase, but he quite candidly told me what he felt was appropriate with regard to my purchase. After inspecting the vehicle, I noticed a ding on a door (quite normal), probably stemming from delivery, etc. Both Ron and Hank assured me that it would be repaired, (and it was). I wanted to take the car home that day, as it was a suprise Christmas present for my wife. Ron offered to set an appointment to have the ding fixed, while also offering to show my wife how to operate all of the "bells and whistles" when she came back to have the ding fixed (he did). Over the years, I have purchased new vehicles from domestic, European, and Asian manufacturers/dealers, and would reccomend this dealership, particularly these two individuals, without question. I had purchased or leased 4 other Hondas from one dealer (who I won't mention). I like to purchase from PEOPLE, not companies, so I was comfortable going back over and over again. On my most recent trip back to the same dealer, they were unable to work with me on a deal that I wanted. The next day, I called and spoke to Mo Safie at Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain Ave. and told him what I was looking for. By the time I got there, he had the CRV pulled up to the front door for me to get in and drive. He was very friendly, and from the moment I met him, I felt no pressure. He basically asked me what it would take...I told him, and he made it happen. My good experience didn't end there. Shortly after shaking hands and getting the deal with Mo, I met with a finance manager by the name of Hank Sykes. I was prepared to shut the door on all the extras he might try to sell me. It was to my pleasure that he didn't even try to push any extra warranties, protection plans, etc. on me. He understood what I wanted, and he delivered it.
