Every part of this buying experience was outstanding. I got what I believe was a really good offer via their internet sales. When I went in, the only obstacle was locating the car I wanted since the color got what I believe was a really good offer via their internet sales. When I went in, the only obstacle was locating the car I wanted since the color was not on the lot. The only negotiations we had was on the value of my trade in. They started a lower than I wanted, but that is to be expected. In the end, they doubled that offer and that was in the range I was looking for. No pressure on purchasing extended warranties or rust proofing/undercoating etc. By far the best auto experience I have ever had. More

Instead she was extremely personable and simply provided the information we requested about the cars we were interested in. She also helped us get the price we were asking for. Can't recommend her highly enough. Everyone else we came in contact with was personable and helpful as well. Nice showroom, as well--a definite bonus, considering the typical buyer needs to spend a good while there sorting financing etc. Thumbs up! More

Many times you hear horror stories about dealerships trying to railroad female buyers; this Dealership and Mr. Sanders do not. Instead, they allow you to take the time you need to look, test drive, think, whatever you need to do. I came in looking for a great deal on a used car. We took a test drive in an '08 CRV; then I spotted the car that "called my name".....a brand new one! Al took the time to allow me to test drive a new model; immediately I knew that the new vehicle was for me. He took the time to locate the exact color interior/exterior that I wanted; then went above and beyond "the call of duty" to drive to the Dealership in Frankfort to bring it back to me! Al, Ron & Mark were aware that I was, for lack of a better work, intimidated by the process. They worked me through the entire process and turned this into one of the best days I've had in several months! I LOVE MY NEW 2010 CRV!!!
