Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain

This is the third car I have leased from Jeff Wyler of Colerain. I can't say I got the best price or deal. But what I can say is I personally just like to drive a new car every three years at a payment t Colerain. I can't say I got the best price or deal. Honda has the best lease out there, and the Sales staff at Jeff Wyler are the best.I just pick a car tell them were I want to be as far as a monthly payment and they make it happen.It is a very hassle free experience. Not at all like you find at other Dealers. This time I dealt with a gentleman named Al Sanders. He was able to answer all my question about the car he even help the lot guy get the car ready for me, I like that. I'll be back to see you soon Al, I also get all my service complete at Jeff's great service dept, If I can I what to also thank Hank, he's the guy who prints all the paper work out for you to sign, Very laid back manner in which he explains every thing to you, not like other place I been. I have dealt with the Honda store in the past and everytime the are easy to deal with. Tom Simonson is great, I have dealt with him twice in the past. The salesman was excellent, very friendly & easy to relate to, not at all pushy. We were a little irritated with having to wait for the "manager" to come out & 'talk with us" about the price - Larry relate to, not at all pushy. I don't know why we waited though because he didn't really offer any incentives to buy at that price, or any substantial reduction. We were a cash customer buying a 2009 'certified' vehicle & in fact, there ended up being no reduction in price at all. Since we compared via various internet sites, we knew the car was comparably priced, so we decided to buy it from Jeff Wyler-Colerain due to liking the saleperson & his courteous, low key approach & the convenience for us if it needs service later since the dealership is close to where we live. Mr. Malone was very helpful. He explained the features of the CRV. I already have another CRV at home and I was familiar with most of the features, but 5 years later, things were just a bit different and bet the CRV. I have dreaded and always have dreaded purchasing a new car. That is probably the reason I keep my cars 9-10 years. I researched the cars I was interested in for approx. 6 mos. and still procrastinated vis car. That is probably the reason I keep my cars 9-10 years. The internet option was extremely helpful for someone like me(limited time and still leary). My experience was very pleasant. I suspect TJ knew more about the CRV than the guy that built it. Ron in Finance was very thorough and explained every detail in detail. Perhaps I won't wait another 9-10 years and I certainly will visit and recommend this dealership. Kathy K More
