I like the fact that you are close (just off RR HWY) and not at one of the HUGE traffic filled car malls. Like to be able to run to Target while I wait for service. We purchsed our Honda in late fall from Jeff Wyler and returned in December for the first Oil Change. The staff quickly and efficiently waited on us as we entered the service area. I have always had maitenance on my vehicles done at the dealership if at all possible, and have had good and bad experiences. This is our first Honda purchase and it was purchased for our college bound daughter and I ask her to handle the check in and the service request to prepare her for when she is away at college and may need automotive service. There was ample opportunity for the service clerk to dismiss a 17 year old, however he was just as courteous and efficient as if she were a more mature customer. He took the time to explain the service manual and service history book that came with her car, and quickly moved her car to the service area and work was completed in a very timely manner. And a major plus for us is the Saturday service hours. We must travel from Greensburg Indiana for service, and with work and school, Saturday service hours was one of the deciding factors on purchase location. I believe in the phylosophy that if the dealer sells the car they should be the first choice for service. The only thing better would be a full service Honda dealership in Greensburg. More

Doug Cox is one of the best Sales people I have ever worked with. He is professional, Friendly and really cared about creating a "win" "win" situation for everyone all the way around. Rhonda in finance was excellent and very good to work with. You need to work with your Sales Manager and Internet Sales guy to get over their " Hondatitude Attitude" and realize that in this economy even the best products do not sell themselves and keep in mind that what happens after the sale is just as important as what happends before the sale. An example of this would be on 2 occassions I stopped by to get my car detailed, my salesperson was not in which was not a problem ,He did not know that I was stopping by-.. any one else should have been able to take care of me. What it turned into was that no one really cared if they helped me or not, the "why bother attitude of we already sold you the car" and you weren't my sale so who cares" really was upsetting. You should be able to stop in, get your car detailed, have the XM radio 3 month trial subscription explained to you with out people losing your car keys and then being told that "people are too busy right look for them or even car that they lost them" If it we not for the service that I received from Doug and Rhonda I would be calling both your GM Paul and Mr. Wyler. Other than that... I love the Care More
Everything is great. This is my second car from this dealership. The only thing is the Price on the new lease is a bit pricey! Considering I lost my job and had to find new employment, which I did... I have fallen behind and am struggling to catch up. Honda is working with me on the payments and it will be caught up shortly! I only wish the lease payment could go down a bit. I definitely want to keep with Honda considering the cars and service is exceptional.... And I am so sorry I cannot remember my dealer salesman's name!!! More
I purchased a 2009 Honda Civic EX from Larry Bonelli in January. Larry was freindly and did not pressure me. I came in once with my son and he showed me what was available. A day or two later he followed up with a phone call, but again there was no pressure, just an inquiry. He was pleasant to me, my husband, and my son, which I really appreciated. Larry was very helpful in explaining the car features and overall was very customer oriented. Two examples that stood out were: 1) since I was buying a New car that was exactly what I wanted. Larry (and the dealer) made sure that I received a brand new (only 28 miles on the odometer) vehicle, and 2) when I was purchasing the car, I asked Larry if he would order a Cargo Net for me (my husband would install), and on the night I picked up the car, he already had it ordered and available for purchase. I consider these great customer service items. I would recommend Jeff Wyler Honda (Colerain) and especially Salesman Larry Bonelli to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. More
I have dealt with most all the service people you have working there in the service center. I have never had to blow my horn to get someone to raise the door. They are always friendly and nice. Normally the turn around time on getting the oil changed and tire rotation has been very quick. As of my last visit this is all I have had to have done. I went to look at new CR-Vs in Colerain Honda's lot. I dealt with a dealer, which I do not remember his name, that was knowledgeable with the vehicle but was not cooperative. When talking about the price dealt with a dealer, which I do not remember his name, that was knowledgeable with the vehicle but was not cooperative. When talking about the price and purchase, he would not give me any payment options and basically told me that I did not know what I was doing and I should come back when I could afford a vehicle from Honda. I think he was trying to get us out of there so he could play football with the other dealers in the store plus I'm a young woman so it was easy for him to talk down to me. After that experience, I will never go back to Honda, at least not the Colerain dealership, and will not purchase a vehicle from there. I have decided to go with Toyota instead because they were at least friendly and cooperative. More

One evening the family and I stopped by Jeff Wyler Honda just to see about a van. You know, we just wanted to see things, we were "just checking". Although Jeff Wyler could not give me the trade in value I needed to pay-off my other vehicle they worked with me on the whole deal. (It was not their fault my Chevy and Ford had lost so so much value in this crazy economic time.) In the end I got exactly what I needed and Jeff Wyler Honda was excellent. A few weeks later when my wife heard a strange noise from under the van we took it straight over and they checked it out at no cost and in like 20 minutes we were out of there. (She had ran over a tree limb- no damage.) I like my Honda. More
