We have bought 3 Hondas from Al Sanders at Jeff Wyler on Colerain. Al is knowlegeable and a nice guy. Low key. He is very much on top of things. Everything went smoothly. We much preferred the sales atmosphere of Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain to another local dealer where we left after the very first contact with an extremely arrogant salesman. The competing dealer did not have a chance after that first impression. I am sure the competition has other salespeople who might have been fine, but first impressions are everything. And Al had made a good first impression. So we returned to Al Sanders at Wyler Honda on Colerain and bought 3 over a short period of time. When we started into the Honda-buying binge, we knew we would be likely to buy 3 so we visited the two dealers close to our area. Attitude was everything in the first deal. We emailed Marty about a 2009 CRV which we were interested in. He responded very quickly and met the price that we had requested. At that time, he said he could not honor the price on a 2009. We then declined the offer. However, he called us back within minutes to confirm that they could indeed stand by their original price. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was ready for us to inspect. We then went ahead and purchased the car with no problems. It was an easy and smooth transaction. Marty was quite delightful to deal with and he seemed more like a friend that a car salesperson. We would definitely recommend him and Jeff Wyler to our family and friends. I had my Honda Accord serviced at this location on last Friday. I really appreciated the welcoming attitude, I felt that my business was wanted and appreciated.
