They all abuse the cars.com listing system by initially listing the car at msrp and then later they update the listing on their webs choice of words. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER. They have over 50 complaints filed with the Ohio Attorney General. You need to check any documents that you sign very closely. The promises made on the sales floor may not be included in the finance documents. Don't trust them. Make sure to get copies on any documents that your sign. If they hand you an envelope, check inside. In my case, they gave me an envelope full of blank papers that was supposed to contain the financial agreements. I did not discover this until I returned home. It took 10 days to get copies emailed to me. When I checked the documents, I found the the price was not what I thought I agreed to. I was charged for a 12.5% market adjustment (that I was not told about) and dealer add-ons that was I was promised would be offset in the final price. I specifically told the sales manager that I did not want to pay for any dealer add-ons. I tried to contact a sales manager. I simply want the additional charges removed. Unfortunately no one will return my calls. More
