Chuck gave good customer service. I dropped off my Accord for service.. I hadn't planned on it taking 3 hours so I said I'd have to have it done another time. Chuck offered me a loaner I dropped off my Accord for service.. I hadn't planned on it taking 3 hours so I said I'd have to have it done another time. Chuck offered me a loaner car. He actually offered me a choice of 3 vehicles. I chose the Ridgeline.I had fun driving home in a big new truck. Upon my return to pick up my car, Chuck asked how I liked the truck and walked me to my car. I didn't think walking me to my car was necessary in the daytime, but I thought it was considerate of him that I didn't have to wander the lot on my own. More

Awesome highly recommend The service agent was great very understanding and pleasant. I cannot complain about the service. Even though there was an issue with the tech leav The service agent was great very understanding and pleasant. I cannot complain about the service. Even though there was an issue with the tech leaving the car window when taking the car through the carwash it was taken care of. My car stayed overnight in the service area to make sure it was totally dry. I was given a loner car till the next day when I picked up my car. My car was detailed on the inside along with drying out the car. That was awesome for them to do that extra step. More

Had to walk all over the lot to find my car after service. After service I was told my car was ready. I went out to a normal spot to pick it up and could not locate my car. The service rep had to walk me about a hundred feet away till he. Found it parked in a line of cars. I am 79 yrs old and should not have to search for the car after service Very poor customer awareness. More
