I worked with Tom through email, phone, and in-person to secure our CRV, and he did an excellent job of meeting our needs. Since the color and model we were looking for was not in stock (no other dealer in the Cincinnati area had it either so not a reflection on Jeff Wyler inventory), they were more than agreeable to doing a dealer swap to locate a vehicle and deliver it from out-of-state. I was expecting to have to travel around the Cincinnati area to secure the best deal, but I was surprised when my the lowest end of my price range was instantly met without any serious negotiation. The finance experience was not as ideal, as we had to wait several hours before we could sign paperwork due to it being a Sunday. I would also like to thank John, as he reassured me when I had a followup question the day after the purchase about the financial paperwork. We will definitely be back for our next Honda! More

Better than expected I was in need of a new vehicle when my old one started performing poorly. My budget was important, and I went in with certain ideas in mind based arou I was in need of a new vehicle when my old one started performing poorly. My budget was important, and I went in with certain ideas in mind based around keeping my monthly payment low. Al was happy to show me the car I came in to look at, but also showed me the car I ended up with just to give me some options. I walked out with what will not be a temporary solution, and at not much more cost than what I had gone in planning for. The full staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was never a sense of rushing me out the door even though I kept them later than their operating hours. You can tell there is a genuinely high regard for Jeff Wyler in the dealership, and I like knowing I spent my money in a place like that. Thank you all for an excellent buying experience. More

Bad Service Bought a Honda 2007 Ridgeline from Colerain Honda new. Have taken it to them for all service. Oil changes, timing belt, water pump, everything but new Bought a Honda 2007 Ridgeline from Colerain Honda new. Have taken it to them for all service. Oil changes, timing belt, water pump, everything but new tires. Went for my last service, oil change, multi point inspection (which includes checking fluids) and they failed to noticed that there was no coolant in the car. Air went out on the way home and the next day engine and several other lights came on. At no point did I see fluid leaking on the ground or steam come from engine, so it must have been empty before I left shop. Had to replace the engine. Over $6000. What I don't understand is the fact that I just had it at Colerain Honda for service and they MISSED this. When I called they were willing to replace engine for a fee, but could not or would not explain how this was missed in a service appointment less then 12 hours earlier. I know a car needs certain things to keep running and we brought it to Honda for all the service because when we bought it new they said if we did they would stand behind it 100%.
