Sales rep Jerry Thompson contacted me to setup appointment for test drive and he was just amazing. When i walked into dealership car was pulled out and ready for test drive. Jerry walked me through all features and functionality of vehicle and continue to explain those as we took the test drive. Great experience buying an odyssey! Everyone was very friendly to my family (me, my husband and our two girls under 2) while we were there buying a used Odyssey. Ken was great, not pushy Everyone was very friendly to my family (me, my husband and our two girls under 2) while we were there buying a used Odyssey. Ken was great, not pushy one bit like most salesmen I've met at other dealerships. He gave us plenty of time and space to decide if this car was for us. Everyone else at the dealership was great as well, even when one of my girls started throwing up in the lobby, no one got upset with us instead they helped us clean up and gave us waters. We had looked online at the inventory, and knew what we were interested in. Al was able to show us a 2016 Civic that caught our eye on the way in. I test drive later, and some work with the sales manager, and before we knew it we were driving off the lot with a new car. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and willing to work with our budget and parameters. It was nice to not be pressured into a purchased, and we walked away with what we believe to be a good deal for both sides. More
