Service Appointment I scheduled a 2:30 appointment (key word is scheduled). at 3:30 my car had not even been moved to a service bay. I didn't need much done: just new wiper blades, battery test and a multi point inspection. I didn't leave the dealership until 5:30. That is an extensive amount of time to spend for just the few minor things I had done. I was not happy about the amount of time I had to spend when I had the appointment scheduled.
