Great dealership for years but now I would not go back. Went for oil change. When making the appointment, I was told 45min. Actual time 15 minute wait in line. Another 1hr. 15min. before they were done. The Went for oil change. When making the appointment, I was told 45min. Actual time 15 minute wait in line. Another 1hr. 15min. before they were done. They didn't put a oil change reminder sticker. It's $44.01 for just the oil being changed. Last visit for oil change was worst. After another long wait. They didn't reset the oil reminder. The engine light was on (not on when dropped off). The oil change reminder sticker fell off as soon as I drove the car. Charge over $900 for a starter to be put on a honda accord. Appointments don't matter. They take customers as they come in, whether you have an appointment or not. More
