I was in need of a new car after mine was in a car accident and the insurance company deemed it totaled, so time was ticking for a replacement. After talking to a sales rep online, and obtaining a quote, I decided to visit Jeff Wyler Honda. Now the online sales rep failed to mention the quote he gave me was the purchase price of the vehicle and not the leasing price, even though that's what I asked for. We were referred to Tad Miller to help us out (the internet rep was not it the office). I test drove a similar model to the car I had the quote for, and was hooked. With quote price in hand we sat down to hash out the deal. Tad informed us that the price we were quoted, which we thought was the lease price (because that's what I had asked for) was in fact the purchase price. Which meant the online sales guy made a mistake in offering that quote. Things got a little heated here, I felt that Jeff Wyler Honda should honor the quote they gave me. Tad worked really hard to adjust the deal to make it fit what I was after. After a very long back and forth and 2 "closers" later, we finally settled on an appropriate deal. My car had to have the monitor replaced in it, so I was unable to drive it off the lot that day. Tad was nice enough to give me a loaner car to drive around in the mean time, with the understanding that my car would be done by the weekend. Tad called every couple of days to update me on the status of my vehicle. He checked to make sure the loaner car was still working for me. Saturday rolled around and Tad informed me that the maintenance crew ordered the wrong part and that I would have the loaner car until my car was done. After the debacle with the online quote and my car being in maintenance for a full week. Tad was generous enough to upgrade the floor mats for all the trouble. He even called the next day to make sure the new car was working out for me. This was such a big gesture to me, and made me believe that Tad went above and beyond to make sure we left Jeff Wyler Honda completely satisfied. More

Once the insurance company declared it totaled, I called Tad to have them finalize the paperwork and add the accessories. Tad really did a good job making me feel important, even going so far as to send pictures of the tint options and the car along the way. He's definitely got a knack for customer service, and while Cincinnati is a bit of a trek for a car (since we live near Fort Knox) I'll certainly tell friends who live around there to check with him if they're shopping around.
