Had a good interaction with Byron and Chris. Chris also helped me in delivering my car to my home that was very helpful. Few things that i was not comfortable with was: 1. They had only one car in stock so we didn't had the option of selecting. That's fine but we liked the car. If there was options we would have been more happier. 2. Chris told me that the interest rate will be at 0.9% but at the end it was 3.99%. Which i didn't like, but the finance guy said that the HONDA FInance declined by loan, not sure for what reason. But overall, they were good, responsive and got a good deal on the car. Thanks, Pradeep. More
Wrong Car + Terrible Customer Service About a week after purchasing my 2016 Honda Civic, they called and let us know that they had mixed up cars at the dealer, and the car that I did paper About a week after purchasing my 2016 Honda Civic, they called and let us know that they had mixed up cars at the dealer, and the car that I did paperwork for was not the car that I drove off the lot. "To make it easiest for me" they drove to my area (~1 hour away) and switched cars. Brad Hardin (the salesman I've dealt with this whole time) was several hours late and forgot the second key to the car as well as the loan paperwork. He also promised a gas card since he used up my car's gas driving it to me. It's here that things went from bad to worse. This switch occurred over two weeks ago, and I've yet to receive the key or gas card (another employee emailed the loan paperwork after a week and half of asking for it). Getting in contact with Brad has been an absolute nightmare. He never answers, and almost never responds to voicemail messages. He's lied to me several times about mailing the key and card. Additionally, we've reached out to Mark Hume (GM) and he wouldn't return our calls either. My experience with Jeff Wyler has been terrible and I would willingly pay thousands more for the same car if it meant never doing business with Jeff Wyler again. UPDATE: It appears that the dealership only responds to negative reviews, not my phone calls. After this review, Mark Hume reached out to me. It took almost a week of him nagging Brad and other sales people before I was mailed a key and the loan paperwork. Mind you, this wasn't actually the key to my car, this was a blank key that I had to take time out of my day to go to another Honda Dealership to have programmed. I still never received the gas card I was promised. While I'm happy this is finally resolved so that I don't have to deal with Jeff Wyler Colerain, the follow up service still warrants the review score that I previously gave. I've definitely learned my lesson and will not be doing business with Jeff Wyler Colerain in the future. More

My most recent encounter was to repair my tire, which was damaged by a nail. Greg Frede, my service advisor immediately responded to my predicament with empathy, and his service exceeded my expectations. He was professional, friendly, and truly interested in doing everything he could to make my experience with Honda Service better than I had hoped. Thanks Greg! More

It was time for a bigger car so I decided to go back to Colerain because they were so wonderful the first time! I just purchased my 2016 Honda CR-V EX and am totally in live with this car. I did my research and looked around for the best deal and Jeff Wyler beat every offer I brought to them. Al Sanders is such a nice guy and truly wants to sell you the best vehicle and take care of you. He wasn't pushing me or trying to screw me over. I gave him a budget and he worked with it. I definitely made the right decision by going back to Al for this purchase! So happy with my decision!!! More
