Failure to Start When our 2009 Pilot would not stat on Friday morning it did not sound like a dead battery. The battery was 1-1/2 years old (purchased from Honda) . I When our 2009 Pilot would not stat on Friday morning it did not sound like a dead battery. The battery was 1-1/2 years old (purchased from Honda) . I checked low oil level and added oil to bring it up to 3/4 full. I called AAA, they jump-started the car, and I drove to Jeff Wyler on Colerain. Checked in with Charles A. Elliott who was very courteous. The battery tested good and they noted the rear dome light was on. Evidently, that had discharged the battery. They charged the battery and sent me on my way without a charge. We have a second Honda and I will continue to get both cars serviced at Wyler Honda on Colerain because of this type of customer service More
