Byron Brown I wasn't 100% certain that I was ready for a new car, but decided to have a look around the showroom while my car was being serviced. After a few minutes, I was approached by Byron Brown. After introducing himself, he listened carefully as I described what interested me with regard to model, colors, features, etc. After test driving a CRV in the color of my choice, I decided I liked a different color better. Byron wasted no time in checking the inventory, and found exactly what I wanted. The new CRV is now parked in my garage! It was a pleasure dealing with Byron today. He was very personable, but also professional and knowledgeable with regard to the product.
