New Car Lease (2) This is the second time I have dealt with Mr.Booth and like the time before he was a pleasure to deal with. Mr. Booth walked us through every option we could have went with but we settled and new crvs . He set up both of our phones in the car and went through in detail all the options on the car. Disappointed with Service Dept. I've taken my Pilot here for a few service items and have had decent service; though this last visit was a big disappointment. In Dec, I had both fro I've taken my Pilot here for a few service items and have had decent service; though this last visit was a big disappointment. In Dec, I had both front wheel bearings replaced by the dealership. I noticed the sound was back and suspected a bad bearing. Dropped the car off at 9am and was told they would call me fairly quickly b/c it won't take them long to hear the noise. By 1pm, I had not received a call and then left a message for the Service adviser. At 1:30, the Service adviser told me they could not hear the sound and that nothing was wrong with my car. I took him up on the offer to ride with the technician, who also told me nothing was wrong with the bearing. Within 30 seconds of riding with the technician on the highway, he realized it was a bad bearing. At the end of the day, they replaced the part but it was an all day affair. 3 trips to the dealership, unfriendly service, big inconvenience, lack of courtesy/respect. Disappointed that neither gentlemen believed me. Not sure I will return b/c of this experience. More

I visited this dealership on 3 occasions before purchasing the 2016 Honda Civic. The second time I visited he greeted me with you a "You're back...ready to test drive one?" And after I said yes, he went and brought up a car for me to try, and remembered that a week earlier I had said blue was my favorite color, and brought a blue one for me to drive. Third time was the charm I test drove 4 other cars from other dealerships, nothing was as good of a ride as the Civic. Very happy with my experience so far! More
