Second time was a charm! My wife and I went here in June and bought a civic hybrid. The salesman was very pushy and two weeks later we had to have it looked at. We scheduled an appointment but when we arrived the service center said we didn't have one. They were supposed to have a loaner car which wasn't there. After being there for 5 hours we started looking at cars again. The second time Adam Heltemes was helping us. He found us a great car, in our price range, and went to bat for us. Even now when I come in for oil changes he asks how we like the car. I recommend my friends to him, he is honest and works with you. I never felt like he was just trying to get a sale only that he wanted to make sure we are happy. In the future when we expand our family we will be looking again and you can bet we will seek out Adam to help us! The financial and insurance people were very helpful and we are happy with our warranties and coverage. What started out as a bad experience turned into a happy ending. My wife and I love our car!!!
