They took the time to thoroughly check the whole car to be sure nothing was overlooked and it was test driven by both the serviceman, and the service manager. Happy with the service however I bring both of my Honda vehicles to Jeff Wyler for service. I am usually satisfied with the service and the cost of the service. The problem that I have encountered on more than one occasion is when I bring in my vehicle for an oil/filter change, ALL of the fluids are supposed to be checked and topped off. Well, this has not happened. I actually had to buy the fluids and top off the antifreeze, washer fluid, brake fluid and power steering fluid. Also, I have had to clean the floor mats since there was dirt/oil from the mechanics boots. Recently, the service department told me that my tires needed to be replaced and this would solve the vibration that I was experiencing while driving at certain speeds. The problem was partially the tires however the vibration did not go away after replacement of the tires. I took my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion and found out that the drive shaft u-joints were bad which was causing the vibration at certain speeds. More
