Warranty support My engine began to burn oil. I took my car to Superior to have the engine assessed. The engine needed to be replaced. The third party that the warrant My engine began to burn oil. I took my car to Superior to have the engine assessed. The engine needed to be replaced. The third party that the warranty was through did not agree to replace the engine. The service department at Superior worked with me and did a lot of hard work and ended up getting the third party warranty company to replace my engine. The service department kept me informed through out the whole process and stood by me. They even washed my car and cleaned it out when they were done. The service staff were so professional, friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for better support. I give them an a+ for customer service. More
