I am in the immediate market for a new vehicle. I know the market is tight and cars are selling quickly. I am not local to the dealer. I called and was told by the sales group ( I will not name th I know the market is tight and cars are selling quickly. I am not local to the dealer. I called and was told by the sales group ( I will not name the sales person) that they would call when a new group of cars arrived. I was very willing to come at any time. I never received a call and when I called a second time was told the arrivals were already sold out and that they operate on a first come first serve basis. I understand this but should never have been told the first time I would be receive a call to set an appointment to buy one of the newly shipped vehicles. Its not hard to have good sales service when sales and down and you need customers. A much better indicator of good service is to provide that service even though you may not need the customer, I have been a GM owner all my life. This was my first try with Hyundai. I am sorry to say that I am not impressed. More
DISCLOSURE - THE PRICE THEY LIST IS NOT THE PRICE THEY ARE SELLING THE NEW VEHICLE FOR. I had been talking with Matthew Schenkel since Wednesday(3/09/22) about purchasing a new 2022 Hyundai Elantra tha ARE SELLING THE NEW VEHICLE FOR. I had been talking with Matthew Schenkel since Wednesday(3/09/22) about purchasing a new 2022 Hyundai Elantra that was listed for $23.530. We also discussed trading in a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. They were coming in close on trade in at $13,269.89. Carvana offered $14,386. No worries, we were close enough subtracting the Trade-in Allowance tax credit. Today (3/11/22) he texted me and informed me that the Elantra had arrived from Hyundai last night. He said he had someone coming at 4pm to look at the vehicle. I decided to take my lunch break around noon to head up to test drive and purchase the vehicle. They looked at the Santa Fe and came back with a trade in of roughly $12,000 - can't remember the exact amount. When he was going over the price sheet, he said the vehicle price was $27,000. $3,470 over what was listed on the website. I told Matt to give me my Santa Fe keys back as I will not do business with a dealership of this deceptive nature. AJ the manager decided to come out of his office and asked me if I would be interested in selling my Santa Fe to them after they low balled me with trade in value. This price was never disclosed on the website or in my conversations with Matthew. Take my experience and go elsewhere. There are dealerships that are NOT asking over MSRP. Voss Hyundai is one of them. “All of these practices result in the sale of vehicles for above-MSRP prices, in some cases way above-MSRP prices,” the letter said. That risks “damaging our brands’ long-term ability to capture new customers and retain loyal ones.” -Hyundai Letter to Dealers More

I got my car trusting that I would be fine with a good running car for a while. not even into a month of having the car my car was making this noise and to be honest I believe the car was making the noise running car for a while. not even into a month of having the car my car was making this noise and to be honest I believe the car was making the noise when I got it but it wasn't bad enough to pay any major attention to, I figured is was a natural engine noise being that it was turbo charged and flex fuel. So like a month later the car started getting a little louder. I took it to a Buick dealership and was told it was my timing chain. Its funny because when I got the car it was a paper in the glove box stating that work was done on the timing chain and that it is good to go now. it cost me 1800 to get it fixed. They let me know it was bad and was broken and it was metal in my oil! I was SOOO angry because the car was still new to me! My car is so much more quiet now. They knew what they did and for that I will never go back and will not recommend anyone in going there. More

He was very patient, kind, respectful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He even stayed way beyond closing time to help my husband and I with purchasing our vehicle. David Nelson made this whole process non-stressful and he answered all of our questions. He also took the time to explain everything as well. Even days and weeks after we purchased the vehicle, David can still be reached by email and phone in which he always responds in a quick, timely and professional manner. We highly recommend David Nelson and Superior Hyundai of Beavercreek!!! (We also worked with David's brother Ricky Nelson one time when David was not at the dealership and he was also wonderful as well!! Very professional, knowledgeable and respectful too). More
I have three instances where this dealership has been insanely shady. I only say three because I can not prove that I was lied to in two other cases before I felt something was off . In all separate inst insanely shady. I only say three because I can not prove that I was lied to in two other cases before I felt something was off . In all separate instances I am only there for an oil change yet something new is wrong. 1. My air filters needed replaced as they were incredibly dirty. I had replaced both of them two weeks before my visit and after looking at them again saw they were perfectly fine. 2. I was told that my brakes and rotors were almost in the red and needed replaced soon. Wanted to charge around $1100 with parts and labor. I took it to another shop and was shown that my brakes were perfectly fine and sitting at above 80 percent life left. My rotors were in perfect condition as well. The next time I brought my car in my brakes were not even mentioned! I specifically asked how the brakes were and was told they were great. Green across the board. This was 6 months after the original visit where I was told that they were close to failing. 3. The last and most recent as of Nov 2021. My girlfriend who bought a 2019 Sante Fe brought in her vehicle for her last "Free" Oil Change from buying it. They explained that her battery was almost dead. It was only "outputting about 113 of 600" and would not explain further. It was going to be $300 to replace the battery as the car requires a "higher quality" battery. Can't imagine a higher quality battery dying after only 2 and a half years...….. Took it elsewhere to get tested to be sure. IT WAS PERFECTLY FINE!! It was tested and showed that it was at %100 and that there were no signs that there was anything wrong with it at all. Perfect condition. I still love my Sonata. I would recommend the vehicle to others. I just can not recommend this exact dealership because of its scummy practices. They lie directly to your face. More

Purchased a car June 9, 2020 2 days later the drivers window wouldn't go up or down. They tried to charge $166 for a $63 part. within a few months there's a check engine light. Extended warranty covers t window wouldn't go up or down. They tried to charge $166 for a $63 part. within a few months there's a check engine light. Extended warranty covers the turbo replacement. Approximately 2 months later we get the car back. May 2021 check engine light goes off and on. Same code turbo. Under boost. I drop it off and Jason asks me "You knew that was a used turbo right?" Yes there are laws that require a customer be told when a used part is being used. We were not informed. I grew suspicious once this new light came on because my normal mechanic informed me that they either didn't replace it or they used a used part. Over the next month i call several times and am told they're still waiting to get to it or i could take it to ******* dealership they have a 4 week wait to even look at a car. Not a very pleasant experience. I talk to the GM who promises me that this car will be John's personal priority until it's fixed. Bet you can guess that never happened either. We take the car with us to await the elusive light returning. We took it with us on May 26th. Returned today June 3rd. They scan it. Erase the code. Then drive it 34 miles thinking the code might come back on. John's excuse is the code history. it was being driven 84 mph when it coded. Doesn't matter. It also came on with me driving it 40 mph. Acceleration can cause the codes to show up. There are numerous things John could have done to rule out possible causes. Check the oil pressure. Visually inspect the air intake system, EGR system, etc. Check these for leaks. Thing is the original repair was covered by the extended warranty. The repair has a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on it. So who saves money if nothing is done? And yes i used the words sh** and da** when John tried to tell me it could be the accelerator. Then he tells me i can not come back to "HIS" dealership. More
Thought I’d give an update about my experience with Superior Hyundai of Beavercreek. A year later and almost a whopping 10 grand been poured in this car. Oh yea not to mention the top of the line Hyund Superior Hyundai of Beavercreek. A year later and almost a whopping 10 grand been poured in this car. Oh yea not to mention the top of the line Hyundai a Genesis. This car been in the shop since October and after $5400 in repairs to modules and wire harnesses from front to back on both sides and a passenger mirror problem still there. The other dealership that its at called me today and told me they don’t know what’s wrong with car. Long story short I wouldn’t take my hard earned money to this place ever again. I suggest whoever reads this read between the lines. Within months I was replacing things like battery, alternator, brakes, rotors. On a certified pre owned vehicle tho. Luckily corporate has been paying all the bills. I tried to get them to buy it back I’ve tried everything. But stay far away from this place. More
Drove from KY to purchase a used SUV found online. Car was priced at NADA retail and they refused to negotiate on the price. Ok well we like the truck and pay full price and buy an extended warranty. We was priced at NADA retail and they refused to negotiate on the price. Ok well we like the truck and pay full price and buy an extended warranty. We get home, and literally, 6 days later, it breaks down. We don’t even have paperwork for the warranty yet. $250 later we ask if the dealer if they will stand behind a full price vehicle, sold 6 days before and they say - nope. Tough luck. You bought a used vehicle as is. I’d never go back there and never recommend them to anyone. No effort to make it right. No effort to assist with getting the warranty paperwork to us to see if we can even file a claim. Nothing. More
