My initial contact was with Gerald Greene. He did a good job on the test drive and showing me the car. We had no meaningfull discussion about price. On my second visit Gerald was not available and Catarin job on the test drive and showing me the car. We had no meaningfull discussion about price. She spent a lot of time with me showing me the cars they had in stock and deteriming exactly what I wanted, and then pricing it out, even though they didn't even have that exact car. She promised to find one. Within two days she located one and I took delivery. Again, she spent a lot of time showing me a lot about the car and the manuals. A couple of days later she helped sort out some issues I had with the closing docuements with the Finace Rep. She was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. More

The reason I am taking the time to write a review is because of the quality of service and time all the Superior dealerships gave to me. I was planning on buying for one of the other dealerships, howev because of the quality of service and time all the Superior dealerships gave to me. I was planning on buying for one of the other dealerships, however, the Kia product and Mr. Eldridge staff gave made me feel part of their family. My sales Associate was Catarina Kirby. She not only knew the product, but she took the time to explain everything to us. She never left our side and answered everything we wanted. If Catarina didnt know the answer she took the time to find out. Car buying is something I didnt look forward too, but I am sure glad I took the time to visit their location.
