While my car was in the shop being repaired following the hail storm, I rented a Kia Soul. I was impressed with the way the Kia drove. Previously, my son had been searching for a used vehicle to purchase b hail storm, I rented a Kia Soul. I was impressed with the way the Kia drove. Previously, my son had been searching for a used vehicle to purchase but finding a safe, used car in his price range was proving difficult. Since my son needed a car, I decided I would buy a brand new car and give him my car. I decided on a Nissan Ultima (the car I owned at the time), a Ford Fusion, or a Kia Optima. My husband left phone and e-mail messages with dealerships. Superior Kia in Cincinnati called within an hour, and it's unbelievable to me that none of the other dealers ever returned a call or an e-mail at all. My husband received such excellent customer service from Gerald that we drove to Cincinnati from Dayton to pick out a brand new Kia. We phoned Gerald when we left our home to let him know we would be arriving in an hour. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were greeted by Chris Simpson who let us know that Gerald had just left due to a family emergency. We were a bit discouraged by this news because my husband and Gerald had spoken in great detail about what I was looking for and how he could meet our needs. Of course, Chris knew nothing about the conversations, and we were regretting that we drove an hour from home for a car. Chris Simpson did not let us down. I fully intended to buy a brand new car that day, but Chris kept steering us to a used 2003 Honda Accord. I was very reluctant to test the Honda, but Chris and my husband were so set on me trying out the used Honda so I finally caved. I fell in love with the car immediately. This Honda is beautiful. I have been driving it for three weeks. The car drives like a dream. I cannot thank Chris enough for saving me at least $10,000 versus buying a new car. Chris Simpson could have made a big commission, but instead he chose to match me with a car that truly fits me. Chris is a great asset to Superior Kia. I will drive this car until the wheels fall off, but I will definitely recommend Superior Kia to anyone looking for a car. Another huge plus, I left the dealership with the car that night. I assumed we would have to drive back to Cincinnati after a week of paperwork to pick up the car. This was the easist, most hassle-free car purchase I have ever made. Just purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento from Gerald at Superior KIA. I was dreading the car buying experience but was pleasantly surprised after working with Gerald at Superior. No gimmicks. No funny math when negotiating. They even let us test drive the vehicles without a salesperson in the car which went a long way with us. It is clear that Gerald and the entire team at Superior believe in their product and allow the quality and driving experience (and of course the KIA warranty) to speak for itself. When they say best price guarantee, they mean it. Went to Superior first but of course checked out other dealers to get the best price. Once we found exactly what we wanted, Gerald worked a fantastic deal for us to ensure we got the best price. In one case, the savings vs. another KIA dealer in town was $3200. Additionally, we got 30% more for our trade-in than was offered elsewhere. Gerald really went the extra mile. While Superior KIA had numerous Sorentos on the lot, we had a very specific idea in mind of what we did and did not want on our vehicle in the way of features and options. When that didn't 100% match something in inventory on the lot, Gerald found the exact vehicle elsewhere and had it brought in in from another state within 48 hours. No extra charge. We love our new Sorento, and we will definitely go back to Gerald and Superior when we buy our next vehicle. More
