Customer service at Superior Kia was excellent. All questions were answered and everything was explained in detail. Steve and Scott were both extremely friendly and genuinely interested in spending time with us to make us happy with our experience. Although I'm sure if we would have spent days negotiating a deal we could have possibly gotten a better price, I still rated price as great because we made it clear going in that we did not have time to spend wheeling and dealing. Therefore, he made us a reasonable offer, we took it, and were out the door after all of the paperwork was signed. Therefore, the overall experience here was great. We had previous experience with a Kia dealer in Boardman, OH and were extremely unsatisfied with the level of customer service and general attitude of our salesman.
