If it was possible to pick 0 stars for this place I would pick it. I arrived there one evening after work and walked through the front doors of Superior Kia and not a single person greeted me. It actually took 15-20 minutes and I had to approach someone myself for help. I found a car I liked and test drove it and told the guy I wouldn't be long. He said he'd be waiting for me to get back. When i got back 10 minutes later he was nowhere to be found and i had to have someone page him. Upon finally trying to strike a deal we ended up coming up short. I left there saying if they changed their mind to let me know. Got a call the next day from a nice online sales lady for them who said if we could meet you halfway would you buy it? I said Id like to speak with the manager when i get there but possibly. I ended up talking to their so called most senior salesman and he wouldn't even get the manager for me. He said he could help me. Well his version of helping me was offering me an out the door price that was $200 more than what the other salesman offered me the night before. I argued with him to no avail and explained how terrible it was to get someone to come back in and give them a worse offer! They wouldn't even honor the price from less than 24 hours ago! STAY AWAY! KIA has nice vehicles. Just buy from a different dealer! More
