The staff, by far, surpasses any of the other dealerships (including competitors) that I went to in my pursuit of a new vehicle..I told the salesman, The staff, by far, surpasses any of the other dealerships (including competitors) that I went to in my pursuit of a new vehicle..I told the salesman, Franco, exactly what I was looking for..he spent just a few minutes on his computer and before I knew it, he had a vehicle pulled into the a covered area (it was pouring rain that day) and thoroughly went over the entire vehicle with me and my husband..he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer ALL the questions we had..we were not able to reach a deal on that day, but 2 days later, I got a call from Tom, Franco's sales manager, stating that today was the last day of Nissan's fascial year and he thought he would be able to get me into the vehicle that Franco originally showed me...so I stopped by on my way home from work..just entering the door again, everyone was so nice and recognized me from my earlier visit..Tom then worked with me and suggested other options that may work in order to get me into the vehicle..and he worked hard..I'm not an easy sell...but he was able to get me in to my new Rogue SL for a price I was happy with..Thank you to EVERYONE at Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan for a wonderful car buying experience..someday, when it is time for another vehicle, I will not forget this experience and I will be a return customer..I just can't say enough about just how pleasant this normally pain experience was for me.. Pleasant Maxima Purchase I visited Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan twice. The first time, I met Christian Penafiel, learned a lot about and drove a Nissan Maxima SV. I was impressed I visited Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan twice. The first time, I met Christian Penafiel, learned a lot about and drove a Nissan Maxima SV. I was impressed with how well he knew the specs and features of the car. He asked what other cars I was considering and was able to print out comparisons between the specs of those cars and the Maxima. A couple months later, after I'd researched several other brands and two other Nissan dealerships, I emailed my offer to Christian. He responded that they had 2 cars on the lot that would meet my trim level and color requirements and that they would meet my price. We made an appointment to come in that day. Since it was near year-end, they were very busy, so it took over 4 hours to complete the deal. Christian made the time productive by showing us around the service department and doing a thorough show and tell on the electronics of the car, including pairing my phone with the car and adding his phone number to my contact list. Although the search and dealing for a car are never really enjoyable, I can say that dealing with Christian and Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan was as pleasant as it gets. More

I didn't want to complicate my decision, but decided to check out Wyler Kings Nissan anyway. My wife and I were greeted immediately by Jordan Harlan who wasted no time getting us into a Pathfinder for a test drive. Jordan is extremely polite and respectful, and he was able to share with us all the information we needed about the vehicle Jordan maintained an appropriate amount of contact (not pushy salesmanship) over the next several days, answering questions and checking on inventory for us. We liked what we experienced in the Pathfinder and with Jordan, and we found a great deal on one in Wyler Kings Nissan's inventory about a week later and made the purchase. We have been very happy with the quality of Nissan vehicles, including the Pathfinder we had many years ago. The Versa was also a good car, but we traded it in for our first Rogue - which we bought at (Jeff Wyler) Kings Nissan in 2013. Now we've added a 2nd Rogue - thanks to Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan and our sales person, Scott Ross. Thankfully, Scott had helped my husband with identifying a vehicle over the internet before we even set foot in the dealership. Within no time, the sales search was narrowed down and we found the one that perfectly fitted our needs - which was great considering it was really cold outside at the time! Scott was very attentive and diligent in making sure that all our questions and concerns were answered. This was the least stressful car buying experience we have ever had. Christian Penafiel and the service tech are very personable and knowledgeable about the electric Nissan Leaf and will always get answers to questions they don't know immediately. I feel welcomed when I enter the parking lot. Whenever I bring my car in for service, it is always returned to me sparkling clean. I'm always asked and encouraged to have my car recharged while I'm there. My wife and I feel we have a family at Jeff Wyler Nissan. Christian and the other staff always make us feel at home.
