We have been very happy with the quality of Nissan vehicles, This was our 3rd Nissan purchase in recent years - our 2nd with Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan. We have been very happy with the quality of Nissan vehicles, including the Pathfinder we had many years ago. The Versa was also a good car, but we traded it in for our first Rogue - which we bought at (Jeff Wyler) Kings Nissan in 2013. Now we've added a 2nd Rogue - thanks to Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan and our sales person, Scott Ross. Thankfully, Scott had helped my husband with identifying a vehicle over the internet before we even set foot in the dealership. Within no time, the sales search was narrowed down and we found the one that perfectly fitted our needs - which was great considering it was really cold outside at the time! Scott was very attentive and diligent in making sure that all our questions and concerns were answered. This was the least stressful car buying experience we have ever had. When we are ready to buy again, I'm sure Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan will be at the top of list. More

I ask tons of qu This is the third vehicle purchased from Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan, and it's my second Leaf. I'm the guy who wants to know everything. I ask tons of questions and demand answers. Christian Penafiel and the service tech are very personable and knowledgeable about the electric Nissan Leaf and will always get answers to questions they don't know immediately. I feel welcomed when I enter the parking lot. Whenever I bring my car in for service, it is always returned to me sparkling clean. I'm always asked and encouraged to have my car recharged while I'm there. My wife and I feel we have a family at Jeff Wyler Nissan. Christian and the other staff always make us feel at home. We truly enjoy our electric cars and whenever we are stopped in parking lots at local stores, we always recommend the Nissan Leaf and refer them to Christian at Jeff Wyler Nissan. More
Not impressed I am far from impressed with my recent car buying experience. I purchased a new 2016 Rogue. Long story short, I feel that I got the usual sales run- I am far from impressed with my recent car buying experience. I purchased a new 2016 Rogue. Long story short, I feel that I got the usual sales run-around and pressure despite being firm about what I wanted and was willing to spend. But my main issue is what happened when afterwards. The following day after I purchased it, on a vehicle with 30 miles on it, the check engine light came on. I had to go out of my way to bring it in, and it spent a week in the service department with them trying to figure out what the problem was (despite everyone there basically brushing it off at first). On top of that, they gave me a loaner with a low tire pressure warning on - I filled that tire 5 times in the week I had it (another inconvenience) but it would not hold air. A tire that low could have been very dangerous, but I got no apologies about that. Two part replacements later, they returned my car to me. They were not at all apologetic about the circumstances and inconvenience. I’ve reached out and emailed my concerns and frustrations, with only one apologetic response from the salesman – yet no real efforts to make it right. Though they claim that my "100% happiness" is so important to them, I’m left feeling that the dealership really couldn’t care less…they roped me into buying the car, and that’s where it ends. On a broader level, I’m also not at all confident in the quality of the vehicle I’ve purchased. I’ve never personally had a Nissan before, but this is not off to a good start. I bought a brand new car to avoid service and maintenance headaches for awhile – instead that is exactly how this one has started off within the first week I’ve owned it. And I’m working with a dealership that has left a bad taste in my mouth in general. Maybe I’ve just had some bad luck here, but I wouldn’t recommend Nissan or Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan based on my experience. More

Nissan Versa Samir was our sales person he was very helpful and very pleasent. Everyone was nice and helpful. This is my first Nissan. Love the Blue tooth and the 360 radius turning. Wished the head light were auto hate having to turn them on and off. So far great gas milage will have to see how it handles in the snow. No place for items except the glove box. Plenty of leg room. Trunk is a nice size. More
