Asked when I could see the vehicle and was told Wednesday at noon was the soonest. Drove 2 hours, after advising both the salesman (Levar) and the sales manager (Shawn) that I was on my way, and they both confirmed that all was good. Arrived at exactly 12 noon and after a short delay was advised that the car had been sold on Tuesday evening!! The first time that I was EVER advised that they would NOT hold a used vehicle was when I arrived at the dealership!! What good is it to buy online if they are going to sell it out from under you, before you even have an opportunity to see it????? Previously bought another Murano Platinum from this dealership, but NEVER AGAIN!!!! This is the most unprofessional dealership that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!!!! More

I bought a used car for $40,000 and it had some scratches on it. They said they would fix the scratches and I can come back at a different time, and they still haven’t contacted me even after several emails on it.
