Service Dept is too notch I never took past vehicles to the dealership for service. I had a recall on my Pathfinder. The folks at the service desks and the technician that serv I never took past vehicles to the dealership for service. I had a recall on my Pathfinder. The folks at the service desks and the technician that serviced my vehicle were so pleasant to deal with I began bringing it in for oil changes, bought new tires there, and all the maintenance according to the recommended schedule. I didn’t buy my vehicle from Jeff Wyler but I plan to buy my next one there. More

Scheduled Airbag Warranty Replacement completed I was in Louisville temporarily and received notice of airbag recall. I scheduled service with service employee knowing I was from out of town. T I was in Louisville temporarily and received notice of airbag recall. I scheduled service with service employee knowing I was from out of town. This took hours to complete and I was checked on regularly as though I was their most important customer. I don't know much about cars, so I don't want to feel intimidated when I go into a dealership nor do I want to feel swindled for products and services I don't need. Nick Scott was professional, kind, and helpful - even drawing my attention to something simple I had missed in caring for my vehicle. My car is always done in a timely fashion, and I can drop it off/pick it up before work which is a huge plus for me. Well done! More
