Friendly enough but transmission is still sluggish and software hasn’t triggered any codes as of yet. If the software they put in works and they fix the transmission, I will rate higher. Reviews of my daughters car are terrible for transmission and even a class action lawsuit to extend the warranty due to all the issues. More
