The actual purchase of the vehicle was typical of any other dealership that I have delt with, but after is when they failed. They claim that "Our PRE-OWNED vehicles are put through a rigorous 167- POINT QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTION" but that is not true. The oil life alert came on after about 1,000 miles so they either didn't reset the life or didn't change the oil. When we took it to get the oil changed all four brake pads needed to be replaced and the rear rotors were damaged. I do not recommend you purchase a used vehicle from them. More

I wanted to wait, even if it was 5 hours, to have the process started... get the diagnostics done at least, then I could happily schedule the next appt for the repair, but they said nope. They said I'd need to leave it for days- had NO IDEA how many- and had no rental cars available. I asked for any option to get my car fixed and still have transportation (I would wait 6 hours if I have to, and come back even) and they had NONE. I regret giving this dealership any of my money or time. The least they could do is CALL to tell me they aren't adequate enough to honor an appt and service my car before I cleared my entire day a week in advance and drove all the way there. Complete trash 🗑 👎👎👎 🙏 More

She also made sure that the technician sent us a video overview of the work being done on the Honda as well as what maintenance we should prepare for in the future.
