Buying a new car was a pleasant experience at Superior Honda because of my salesman, Adam Pulliam. Since I had to "reserve" the vehicle, Adam always kept me up to date as to its status and when to expect Honda because of my salesman, Adam Pulliam. This dealer advertised a 2019 Civic as HondaTrue Certified, but then tried to sell me the higher priced HondaTrue Plus Certified warranty. I declined, because I was led to believe the car included t Certified, but then tried to sell me the higher priced HondaTrue Plus Certified warranty. I declined, because I was led to believe the car included the HondaTrue plan at the purchase price. Months later, I found out that they never submitted the warranty paperwork to Honda, claiming that I declined it. The paperwork clearly shows that I only declined the Plus warranty. More
Since 2016 I've purchased several new cars and had countless routine maintenance performed on said cars. Steve Kaplan is an outstanding individual. If I was able to give a rating with zero stars I would. I bought my Ridgeline brand new from Jeff Wyler on 11/25/22. On 5/28/23 I had a dead battery on my Ridgeline. I called Honda Roadside and they dispat I bought my Ridgeline brand new from Jeff Wyler on 11/25/22. On 5/28/23 I had a dead battery on my Ridgeline. I called Honda Roadside and they dispatched out AAA. The AAA technician had to change out my battery and in the process of putting back the engine air intake for the motor dropped two fasteners somewhere in my engine compartment. He could not find the fasteners and his solution was two plastic zip ties to hold it together. I all of a sudden had an Emission System Problem warning light now on in my truck. I told the technician that his fix with the zip ties was unacceptable and that I refuse to drive my truck. Six days after the incident my truck was finally towed to Jeff Wyler Superior Honda. The service manager called me and told me that they would not warranty my battery and that I would have to go to the parts department and buy the two fasteners that the technician lost and then they would repair my vehicle back to the way it should be. I am now on day 11 with still no vehicle while each party that was involved argue over whose fault it is. I have only asked and will continue to ask for my truck to be restored back to an OEM standard since it is still under warranty with only 5800 miles on the truck. This is my 5th Honda and my 4th Honda Ridgeline. After this experience I will tell anyone that I meet to never go to a Jeff Wyler dealer because they only care about making money and service means nothing. More
