Customer service at Superior Kia was excellent. All questions were answered and everything was explained in detail. Although I'm sure if we would have spent days negotiating a deal we could have possibly gotten a better price, I still rated price as great because we made it clear going in that we did not have time to spend wheeling and dealing. Therefore, he made us a reasonable offer, we took it, and were out the door after all of the paperwork was signed. Therefore, the overall experience here was great. We had previous experience with a Kia dealer in Boardman, OH and were extremely unsatisfied with the level of customer service and general attitude of our salesman.
