Bought windshield wipers and touch-up paint sometime this winter. Price was better than Autozone and Pennzoil AND the parts sales coordinator had my car washed! Before we could get it in we got a recall notice in the mail. All was taken care of in a very short time with my wife in the waiting area. AND they washed the car! I have given the rating I did because it is the reason why have been a customer for over twenty five (25) years. I love the fact that when ever I've enter the environment, I have never, never experienced foul, dirty language from anyone in service or in sales. I just bought a car last Friday June 24,2011 from Karen Bethune. She was outstanding! She also was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She did everything she could to meet my need.
