Sudden retraction of the moonroof. The moonroof on my 2014 CR-V retracted suddenly and unexpectedly while driving. We were unable to close the moonroof using the switch. When I brought it to the dealership, they were Very interested. They had not seen this before. They kept the CR-V for almost a week while they determined the cause and then ordered the required parts. When I picked up my vehicle, Gil showed me the unit that was replaced and explained the cause for the failure. He explained that this was covered under the warranty and there would be no charge to me. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and concern that Gil and his staff displayed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Nice comfy chairs to wait in, and they wash your car (not the best car wash, but hey, they try :). The coupons make for a good deal, and if you have other car issues, they can explore them while your in for your oil change. Sure beats the express oil change chains! More
