Went in there to trade in my truck and purchase a new car that was smaller and more fuel efficient. Well, they appraised my truck around 4,000 less than KBB POOR. I said I would be willing to take poor value, and they still wanted their price. I worked for nearly 5 hours cleaning the truck and 3 hours in the dealership, taking off work! when i came in for an oil change # weeks ago , i was told by an employee that my rear brakes had only 20% left amd needed replacing. I took a day off work to come get it done only to have Gil call me to say by an employee that my rear brakes had only 20% left amd needed replacing. Every time I come to get an oil change or anything, Mr. Gill is always helpful and courtous. The entire staff goes above and beyond. I really appreciated the staff taking care of me so quickly when I brought it to the attention of a salesperson, that morning it was very busy, but I was compensated for the mix up.
