The service was excellent. They were good on the phone making the appointment and they took the car in and serviced it quickly. I have had no problems since the service and I would recommend Jeffrey Honda making the appointment and they took the car in and serviced it quickly. I have had no problems since the service and I would recommend Jeffrey Honda to other people. Having the option to e-mail is also good. My complaint is I filled out this survey right after the service. I am wondering why it didn't go through. More

Although Gil was a pleasant Service rep there were many things behind the scenes that were just uncalled for. I was discrimated against for being 20 and owning an S2000. Any problems that occured they im things behind the scenes that were just uncalled for. I was discrimated against for being 20 and owning an S2000. Any problems that occured they immediately pointed the finger at me before even examining the car. Also despite testimony NEVER offered any aid in regards to dealing with American Honda themselves.
