I love the dealership. I always receive my vehicle in a better condition than when I dropped it off. They always look for recalls and perform them while I’m in. I originally leased my car through this dealership and had a pleasant experience so I decided to go back now that my lease is up. Unfortunately, my experience this time was entirely different. I walked into the dealership where there were several salesman in the offices to the left of the door talking, laughing and using profanity loud enough for me to hear. I walked around the showroom for about 15 minutes and no one even approached me. I walked up to a window where I was told that someone would help me shortly. I decided to sit down in the chairs that were lined up thinking that they would surely notice I was there. The salesman in the far left office leaned in his chair, hands behind his head and looked at me, but went back to his conversation. Finally, a young man asked if he could help me. I explained why I was there and he directed me to a salesman. This salesman was inexperienced and couldn't answer my questions. He had to keep leaving and find out the answers for me. The whole experience was so frustrating, I just left. I went home, looked online, and decided to go to Serra Kia in Washington Michigan. The difference between the two dealerships was like night and day. The moment I walked into the Serra showroom, someone was there to greet me. The salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable. I got a great deal on a new car, turned in my old one and had everything taken care of - all in one visit! My recommendation is to skip Jeffry Kia and go straight to Serra Kia - you will be glad you did! More
Everyone at the dealership was friendly and the work was completed sooner than expected. If I had any concerns, the first would be that it took from Tuesday of one week to Monday of the next week to get my completed sooner than expected. If I had any concerns, the first would be that it took from Tuesday of one week to Monday of the next week to get my replacement tire because the place that was sending it shipped it to the wrong dealership. So I had to drive limitedly on a spare for that period of time. The second concern is your demand that a review of 25 words or more are required to complete the review. If I rate everything as great and give you the name of a person who was helpful, it should be satisfactory to say nothing more or or simply "service was better than expected." Next time, unless I have a problem, I simply won't complete the survey. It's easier and takes far less time. More

They are courteous, honest, and thoughtful. They take care of my service maintenance on my Kia, but then they go above and beyond by returning to me a washed vehicle as well! This time they also lightly vacuumed my dusty / dirty car mats as well! That was unexpected, and very much appreciated. I was especially impressed by the swiftness the work was done. I was expecting to be sitting in the waiting room for at least 2 hours, and I was in and out, washed car and all, in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Thanks Jeffrey Kia, and Christian Tomlinson. I'll see you again for my next maintenance service! More

Brad Klein made my new car purchase outstanding. He listened to what my needs and wants were and made it happen. I did call the dealership this morning to again thank Brad for all of his efforts, only to be disapponted when I found out that he no longer works for the company. The price is reasonable and do not have a service person trying to sell me something I don't need. I am told if it is time for a tire rotation, I would never have it done and do know I will get the best we trying to sell me something I don't need. I had a small nail in a back tire. I was on vacation and I got a friendly reminder that I was due for an oil change. I am a recent widow and is glad I have Jeffrey Kia's service department looking after me and my car.' More
