My oil change appointment was for 10 AM and I was helped within one minute. I was surprised to learn that I could bypass the service desk and go straight to the waiting room (probably Jeffrey''s Express Lan within one minute. I didn't put a stopwatch on my waiting time, but it was very reasonable, easily under 30 minutes for the oil change and full inspection. Last, a friendly service rep reviewed the inspection with me. Including a carwash at the end, it was a good day at the car dealer! More

Dominic G. was wonderful! I came in telling him my situation , what I had for a down payment and that I wanted a Honda he found me a car that was within my budg was wonderful! I came in telling him my situation , what I had for a down payment and that I wanted a Honda he found me a car that was within my budget ! Even though it was not a Honda. The car only had 1 key fob but he even made sure I would get a 2nd one at no cost to me. Since I picked it up on Saturday and they did not have time to detail it, ( used car ) he made arrangements for me to come back to have it done !
