We brought our vehicle in for a clicking noise the technician could not find the noise, and did not know what it could be. We video'd the noise last Friday and emailed it to the service department the technician could not find the noise, and did not know what it could be. The points that concern me: Service man (not technician) were like its not covered, before they even found the problem, I had called and was told my warranty was expired, when it wasn't. And waiting on a return call on the noise, assume the service dept, speaks to technician, or we just bring vehicle back in. More
