My Service visit was associated with a seat rail corrosion problem. My Service Representative handled the visit very professionally. Although GM indicated the corrosion was “normal” wear and tear corrosion problem. My Service Representative handled the visit very professionally. Although GM indicated the corrosion was “normal” wear and tear after 12900 miles. which I find hard to believe. I was approached by someone in Sales about an upgrade on my vehicle which wasn’t unexpected. The Salesman said he would get me numbers for the vehicle we were looking at. He never got back with me unfortunately. I really liked the vehicle and planned to by it if GM was willing to take care of my corrosion problem. Pretty much out of confidence in GM and the dealership. However, that didn’t happen. More
