I must say that I've bought many cars. I know the game. Jessica Graff changed that game. She was honest, understanding and empathetic. Every deal has it's own criteria so for me to give my situation won't Jessica Graff changed that game. She was honest, understanding and empathetic. Every deal has it's own criteria so for me to give my situation won't necessarily apply to you, that given, be honest with them and they will for you. You need to really deal with Jessica because she's honest, has morals and doesn't put her commission ahead of you. She will be blunt and honest. I was looking at a van, the bank wasn't willing to do that, she flat out said that. She showed me another vehicle and it went through. You really need to buy here. I really think they care and will do what they can for your situation. I told her I need a yes from the bank before I go 50 miles to play the usual car games and they did what I asked. That's customer care for sure. I'll be back. More
