Absolute worst service Experience ever!!! We bought a brand new 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe in April which was owned by Crystal Chevrolet at the time. We had only heard great reviews about them from the sales all the way to the service. Fast forward to now and it is horrible since the new owners have taken over Jenkins Chevrolet. I was due for my very first service so I tried calling to schedule my appointment. I called over 20 times over the course of 3 days at different times of the day with no luck of anyone answering the phone. I noticed online was an option to schedule your service visit so I did. The first availability was a week away so I scheduled it. I drove an hour to the dealership only to walk in and them tell me that they can't see the online appointments. After explaining I had called numerous times with no luck and that I had drove an hour they agreed to "work' me in even though I had an appointment which I received an appointment reminder thru email and text the day before. I was told around 2 hours as they were being overbooked due to them obviously not knowing the system or how to do their job. I was ok with it as I was trying to give them the benefit of doubt. 2 hours and 15 minutes in I should have been the next one finished as the others there at the time had came in well after me but that was not the case. 2 people who had only been there an hour at most were finished and checking out so I nicely asked what the issue was and was told it was the way the manager divided them. So basically you could be first or you could be last and they didn't seem to care. I was told they can't fix the recall on the vehicle as they don't have the part. So basically I waited 2 hours and 35 minutes for a service and with no apology for my wait or anything at all. I am so disappointed especially with this being my first service appointment on my brand new vehicle. I will not return for my next service or ever again. Do not buy from here or you will be let down and very disappointed!! Breanna, my service advisor was the only one who tried to apologize and seemed truly sorry. The manager was short and smart and unapologetic to say the least!!!! More

My family bought our first camper last week, and quickly realized after our first camping trip that we needed something stronger to pull our new vacationing pull behind. I started searching all over Florida, specifically for a pre-owned Diesel 4wd that would fit the bill. After visiting countless dealerships in our area and taking several test spins that ended up very disappointing, I found a vehicle that matched everything we were looking for at Crystal Chevrolet. Unfortunately this was 2 1/2 hours each way to go get the vehicle. At first, over the phone and emails and texts, the salesman was very helpful answering all of my questions, so I asked for an "OUT THE DOOR PRICE". He emailed me back with the OUT THE DOOR price, and I thought this was a fair price for the vehicle. I went ahead filled out my pre application online, and sent in my insurance paperwork, a copy of my drivers license, and even asked to speak to the finance manager about what my interest rate might be with my fairly good credit. Feeling very excited, my family loaded up and we took the 2 1/2 hour drive. When we arrived at the dealership, everyone was nice, and helpful. The salesman went and brought the finance manager out to approve start the financing, and to show me the amount we had agreed upon. Well this is where everything went SOUTH QUICKLY. The price he gave me was almost $4,000 higher than the price we agreed upon. I showed him the email, and he left the room. After "30 minutes" he returned and said "I'm sorry for your drive, and your wasted gas, but we can not sell you the truck for that price". Huh????? Puzzled, I said "this was the OUT THE DOOR price that YOU emailed me, and now you are telling me you can't do that " ??? Very frustrated, but trying to stay calm, I said" I know everyone makes mistakes, but you should HONOR the price you quoted me. He again said he could not do that. Upset, but trying to be understanding, I said "even though this was NOT my mistake, because I have driven 2 1/2 hours with my family, I will split the difference with you, on the price that YOU gave me and the price YOU are now telling me the truck costs". He called his boss and said again, I'm sorry, but I can't do that. That's when I walked out. This is NOT THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS. If they will do this to me, they will do it to any of you. Don't be their next victim. There are too many dealerships out there who do business honestly.. More
