Bernie went above and beyond to understand our needs and make solid intelligent recommendations for our next lease vehicle. Jake Neely is always excellent in assisting our customer needs and requirements. Between these 2 gentlemen we cannot say enough as to how they exceeded our expectations. This is our 6th or 7th car leased with this dealership and never had any issues. Apparently the pandemic is over. A few plexi glass in front of the workers but when I went into the waiting room there were 7 people unmasked, no social distance and many out in the lobby in the way of front of the workers but when I went into the waiting room there were 7 people unmasked, no social distance and many out in the lobby in the way of being able to check in for car maintenance safely. No signs to mask or social distance & 90% of the staff I saw were unmasked. Not everyone is old enough to get their vaccine so we rely on businesses to make it safe to come to their business. I waited 1.5 hours outside in 83 degree weather for an oil change & recall. Not going back. More
