I've been meticulous about having all maintenance items completed at Jenkins Homosassa on both vehicles never later than the recommended intervals. The first praise I have to offer is with over 168,000 miles on my Ram it still drives like it did when new. I just took a trip to Louisiana and my Ram performed smooth and flawless. The second praise I have is for Cathy Watkins. Every time I schedule my vehicles for maintenance I request Cathy. She is efficient, personable and always has a can do attitude. Whenever I have a specific question about either vehicle she has the answer; her mechanical knowledge is very impressive. I trust Cathy and wish I had people like her in my organization. More
