Purchased a used vehicle from them . When delivered to my home, was when I was informed there was only one key fob and no key for wheel locks. Took 24 days to get paperwork and receipt of purchase. Had vehic home, was when I was informed there was only one key fob and no key for wheel locks. Took 24 days to get paperwork and receipt of purchase. Had vehicle for 35 days now and still do not have a permanent tag yet. When you contact the dealership and leave messages, it takes numerous days for a return call. When I did speak with the dealership, received conflicting information regarding the tag. Salesman was nice. However, the missing key fob and missing wheel lock key was important information that should be passed on to the customer and not left as a surprise afterthought. More
